Appointments
How do I request an appointment?
Use the appointment request form or call the practice. Online requests are confirmed by the team; they are not instant bookings. (On this demo site, the form sends nothing.)
Can I choose which dentist I see?
Yes. You can name a preferred dentist when you request an appointment, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
Please let us know as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. A live site would explain the practice’s cancellation policy here.
Do you offer early or late appointments?
Our opening hours are listed on the contact page. Some early and late slots are available and tend to be popular, so it helps to ask early.
Treatments
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
That’s what a consultation is for. Your dentist will examine your teeth, listen to what you’d like and explain the options that may suit you, including doing nothing.
Will treatment hurt?
We use local anaesthetic where appropriate and will always explain what to expect. Tell us if you are anxious; we can take things more slowly.
Can you guarantee results?
No dentist can honestly guarantee results, because every mouth is different. We will explain the likely benefits and limitations of each option for you.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We see children and families, and try to make early visits relaxed and positive.
Costs and insurance
Will I know the cost before treatment?
Yes. You’ll receive a written plan with costs before any treatment begins, and we will explain anything that might change it.
Do you accept dental insurance?
We can help you understand your benefits. Coverage depends on your plan and provider, so we recommend checking with them as well.
Can I spread the cost of treatment?
For some treatment plans, payment can be staged or arranged through a third-party finance provider, subject to approval. See the insurance and financing page.
Visiting the practice
What should I bring to my first visit?
A list of any medicines you take, details of any dental insurance, and any previous X-rays if you have them. We’ll go through your medical history with you in person.
Is the practice accessible?
A live site would describe step-free access, parking and other facilities here. Please tell us about any access needs when you book.
Can someone come with me?
Yes, you are welcome to bring someone with you for support.
