Insurance & financing
Clear costs, before treatment.
You should always know what treatment will cost before it begins. Here’s how we explain fees, help with insurance and make larger treatment plans more manageable.
How costs work at Everwell
A written plan, every time
Before any treatment, you receive a written plan listing what is proposed and what it costs. If anything changes, we’ll explain why and agree it with you first.
Help with dental insurance
We can help you understand the treatment codes and paperwork for your plan. What is covered depends on your policy, so we suggest checking with your provider too.
Ways to pay
Pay at each visit, stage a longer treatment plan, or ask about third-party finance for larger treatment, subject to the provider’s approval.
How it works
From consultation to clear costs
01
Consultation
Your dentist examines your teeth and discusses your options.
02
Written plan
You receive the plan with itemised costs to take away and consider.
03
Check your cover
If you’re insured, we’ll help you understand what to ask your provider.
04
Choose how to pay
Agree a payment approach that suits you before treatment begins.

Questions about costs

Will I know the cost before treatment?
Yes. You’ll receive a written plan with costs before any treatment begins, and we will explain anything that might change it.
Do you accept dental insurance?
We can help you understand your benefits. Coverage depends on your plan and provider, so we recommend checking with them as well.
Can I spread the cost of treatment?
For some treatment plans, payment can be staged or arranged through a third-party finance provider, subject to approval. See the insurance and financing page.
